The Ross-Carlisle Group has been commissioned to find a Lead RF PCB Electrical Engineer for a Southwestern Ohio industrial/measurement systems manufacturer.

This person will be responsible for the following:
• Lead Communications Test Design team in the development and refinement of hi frequency automated test systems.
• Develop future roadmap of product line to increase product breadth of applications and sales opportunities due to communications industry developments.
• Design solid state differential switching systems at frequencies up to 3GHz, and integrate into the automated test system.

• BSEE with 3+ years of on-the-job experience
• Excellent communication, leadership, and electrical engineering skills
• Experience in designing PCB’s with critical high speed (RF) frequencies, and critical impedance requirements.
• Experienced in the use of hi frequency simulation tools and circuit and transmission line impedance calculators, including Spice.
• Thorough knowledge of transmission line theory, VSWR, s-parameters, crosstalk, Insertion/Return Loss, signal phase relationships, Velocity of Propagation, Structural Return Loss, and electrical shielding techniques and applications.
• Experience/expertise in the design of RF differential PCBs.
