Location: Louisville, KY

Duties:
The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for continuous improvement of first pass yield in machining of clad products, cost reduction, Lean / lead time reduction. Provide capability input for new product / process development.
Requirements:
BSME or BSMET with 5+ years of small lot CNC machining experience. Must have experience with Cylindrical and Surface grinding and with design and implementation of tooling and fixturing. Experience with Lean manufacturing is also required.
Salary/Benefits:
Salary is 55-70k/yr with excellent benefits.
