Position: Supplier Quality Manager

Duties:
The Ross-Carlisle Group has been selected to find a Manager of Development & Quality for a rapidly growing, hi-tech, Southwestern Ohio electronics manufacturer. This person will lead the company’s overall quality management function. This person will analyze the internal and external quality issues and work with engineering and purchasing and see that they are addressed in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Will be heavily involved in new product launches.
Qualifications:
Must have a BS in quality engineering or electrical or electronics, along with 7+ years of VERY strong experience with electronics – expertise level required. Must have Six Sigma with Black Belt preferred. Must have excellent communication skills and be computer proficient. Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
Salary/Benefits:
Salary is commensurae along with full benefits. Bonus eligible. No relocation.
