Job Description:
An Avionics/aerospace client of ours has a permanent, direct-hired opening for a Surface Mount Manufacturing Engineering Manager who will supervise 5-8 manufacturing engineers and multiple projects. Will be responsible for meeting production schedules, Capital equipment planning, process improvements and quality of output within budget and on time.
Requirements:

- Minimum full BS or BA degree with a strong knowledge and understanding of SMT equipment, processes and procedures
- Expertise in Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
- 5 years of SMT Manufacturing Engineering experience and 3+ years of management experience.
- Strong background in IPC, ISO and ITAR.
