Job Profile:
Dayton Ohio manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator who speaks fluent English and Hindi, to act as conduit between the home office in Dayton and the Northwestern India Plant. This person will coordinate activities between the Dayton and the India Plant such as learning and transferring process techniques of Dayton product production to the India plant and acting as a liaison for Manufacturing, Product Engineering and Quality between the two plants. Will be responsible for auditing the performance of India Plant. Will work with Indian Suppliers to ensure parts are to print.
Requirements:
Must have a Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related degree along with 2+ years of industrial manufacturing that includes product engineering and quality experience. Knowledgeable Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is a plus. Knowledge of the following is preferred: machining, casting (aluminum, cast iron), die casting, fabrication, welding, assembly. No relocation assistance is being offered, candidate should be located in the Greater Dayton/Cincinnati area or near the Northwestern India Plant. This job will require travel between Dayton and India.
