Job Profile:
A long established and fast growing Southwestern Ohio manufacturer of industrial equipment seeks a hands-on Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the manufacturing process solving problems which may arise, overseeing the machining process of motors – cnc and manual, motor assembly, motor winding, audit the ISO 9001 program, precision gauging. Will oversee electrical tests – MEG, Surge, Hypot. Responsible for being the point of contact between manufacturing and customer where quality concerns are an issue.
Requirements:
Must have a 4-year degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related degree. Must have 5+ years of hands-on quality assurance engineering experience with 2+ years of management/supervisory experience with hands-on problem solving experience and overseeing assembly process of major industrial equipment. Interaction with customers is required. Must have APQP and ISO experience.
